Gentlemen, I find it disappointing to read posts in this group that are either condescending or belittling, particularly towards foundation and less experienced operators. Ive been a licensed HAM for over 30 years and i regularly learn from the comments and ideas posted in this group, often from people far less experienced than me. We should all be humble and encouraging, there is no place for condescending behaviour in our hobby. Its upon us more senior operators to set the example of integrity and tolerance.
