Georgia Attorney General Sam Olens and Georgia Press Association - TopicsExpress

Georgia Attorney General Sam Olens and Georgia Press Association attorney David Hudson said such a closed-door discussion would be a blatant violation of Georgia open meetings laws. Instead, the commission engaged in no public discussion about the appointment Hap. we love you. We think you’re a wonderful man. Unfortunately the flap is that if the County continues to not recognize the law, the law may stop recognizing us. The eyes of the State and now some of Congress had been drawn here by the lawlessness of an environmental activist group pulling some shenanigans on the river by CAPTURING a state authority by a Non-Governmental Organization. They might even be considered organized crime due to their converting public resources to private bank accounts. They were looking hard at Augusta because of their violating this same law by not allowing the press to observe their discussions either when they committed a “similar transaction” Now the county commission did what the NGO did by not recognizing the laws of the State or Congress. This NGO brought heat on Augusta and now a whole bunch of good people are caught in the middle, including you, a GREAT American who has done NOTHING wrong…. It has little to do with you, little to do with the commission and EVERYTHING to do with the NGO who is suspected of converting county resources into private bank accounts. This NGO is even suspected of trying to frame the county to convert hundreds of millions in tax dollars into private bank accounts thereby wiping out RC pay and retirement accounts. ONLY the Marina has BRAVELY tried to stop this scheme by filing an eviction that is currently before the Magistrate court. County employees seem to be joining the conspiracy, to their own detriment…..That is the flap, Hap.....
