Get Ready!! Get Ready to BREATHE!! .... Get Ready for Some Yummy, serious SELF-Lovin!! This week Dancers and groovas, Brothers and Sistas ... we dance in honour of the Breath of Love. Without the Breath, we cease to be .... of course you say ... yet most dont do it fully, taking in that we sustains and holds us in depleted doses, thus staying shallow and constricted. This then determines how we can show up in the world ... closed hearted, disconnected and scared to love .... and devoid of Love for ourselves.
