Get Tired of where you are Youll live by your sword, - TopicsExpress

Get Tired of where you are Youll live by your sword, hand-to-mouth, and youll serve your brother. But when you cant take it any more youll break loose and run free. Genesis 27:40 (MSG) I have come to realise that there is a restlessness that is required from the believer if he/she must be all that God has ordained. Many people have become so passive that they take hook, line and sinker all that the devil throws at them. You need to arise and change location. Where you have been this year should by now be too straight for you. Your best this year should be nothing but your starting point for the coming year. I want to challenge you out of the state of complacency in any area of your life. Take stock and take a thorough look at yourself, are you satisfied with yourself? Dont sit down and think you have no choice; beloved, you have a choice. When you examine yourself and find an area of your life that needs a revival, dont make excuses; get restless in that area. Plan your exit from that situation. Dont say it is not within your control, God has raised you up as kings and priests, so nothing is outside your control any more, if Jesus is the Lord of your life. Look at the scripture above, Isaac told his son, Esau, you will live hand to mouth and serve your brother - can you imagine that? Very explicit. It looked like the end of the road. But look at the clincher: But when you cant take it any more .... The yoke of servanthood had not time line - whether it was for a year or a decade or a century was not specified, however, it will terminate the day Esau decides that he cannot take it any more. What have you been tolerating in your life, it is time to push back the plate and say no and God will honour it. You dont have to take no for an answer. You dont have to live with that challenge or stigma. You can break loose today, if only you will rise up in your spirit man, get restless and break off the yoke.
