The Winter Meeting of the Texas Old Missions and Forts Restoration Association will be held in the Parish Hall of the Episcopal Church of St. Thomas the Apostle located at the northwest corner of Mockingbird and Inwood in Dallas. Please note the date will be on Saturday morning, January 25, 2014, at 11 a.m. with luncheon served at 11:30 a.m. TOMFRA member Professor Joshua Tate of the SMU Dedman School of Law will be our keynote speaker. A very popular lecturer at SMU according to his students, he will prepare us for the spring meeting in Galveston by talking about the history and implications of gambling in Galveston. While we are gathering at 11 a.m., Seldon Short will provide some fitting cabaret music for our amusement.
