Get a head start on an Apprenticeship! 2013 Pre-Apprenticeship Program HTN is again excited to be able to offer Commercial Cookery Pre-Apprenticeship programs in 2013. Starting on 18th November 2013 at TAFE NSW Hunter Institute – Hamilton Campus the 4 week course will provide all equipment and uniforms and offer a mixture of class room time, teaching kitchen time and real on the job training. Please note that an eligibility criteria applies to this program. This program is designed to transition eligible participants under the age of 25 and who have completed Year 10 into an apprenticeship.
