Really, theres a lot more scissoring and styling invloved than youd think. - Gail When people hear the word barber, we automatically imagine a man, maybe older in age, with a certain look. When you walk into Salon Gossip looking for our barber expecting the stereotype, instead you get a vivacious, outgoing and wild-haired red head walking over your way! Thats our Gail. Gails career started out in cosmetology as a regular stylist a few years back, but becuase of certain obstacles, could not continue. Traveling around doing makeup shortly thereafter, an opportunity had risen in a small shop in Bloomfield run by an Italian man named Marios Barber Shop and for pure passion and the love for cutting hair, she jumped on it. As she always answers the popular question, how did you get into barbering, did you always want to do it? her response is always It just kind of happened to fall into my lap by chance. Today with a successful 25 years under her belt, were proud to call her part of the Salon Gossip family, and consider ourselves lucky to have her just happen to fall into our laps! Gails specialty is men, women, boys and girls and any shorter length hair cuts. She takes all walk-ins and is absolutely the best!
