Get fit, tone up, lose weight and build muscle with G.I.Joes BOOTCAMP. Suitable for all fitness levels, men & women, over 18s. Spaces go fast so booking is essential. First come first serve. Every tuesday&thursday 6.30-8pm and every Sunday 8-9.30am. Pay as you go £7.50 a class, or block book for discount- £20 for 3 sessions, £75 for 12 sessions (saves £15). All equipment is provided.
