Day 75: October 19, 2013: Evolv Regional Event in Ocala, Florida! Up at 5:30 AM to head into a phenomenal Evolv Regional Event with my mentor, Dr. Gene Stewart. Great car trip, then Ryan and Jenny Chamberlin hosted a top gun training with EvolvHealths Coach and Olympic Athlete Vince Poscente!!! Next, Brian and Dani Morgan from Minnesota, top leaders who came down to inspire and coach us. Then, Rubies Joe and Marie Castellanos from Tampa. Then, off to the Chamberlins home for great food and an informative strategy session! The ride home was filled with great conversation and some amazing views. Florida is rocking today onward! Much thanks to Ryan D Chamberlin and his wife Jenny, Brian Morgan and Dani Gross Morgan, Joe Castellanos and his wife Marie, and of course to Vince Poscente. Also, a note of gratitude to my car trip buddy, mentor and friend Gene Stewart for great company and some excellent mentoring on the car trips! And yes, today was a rest day from my workout; but FULL-ON for living!
