Get fitter and more toned with Pilates for the summer! New beginner Pilates classes are starting from 25th June for 6 weeks. Pilates helps strengthen the core muscles (abdominal and back muscles), mobilizes the spine and improves flexibility. Classes are going to be on the same days and times as before: Tuesday 10:00am, Wednesday 7:30pm and Thursday 7:30pm. You can either pay upfront €48 for 6 weeks (it covers one session per week) or €9 per session. Places are limited, booking is required. Mats are provided.
