Getting 10-12 dips in a row for 2-3 sets now! A few months ago I was struggling to get 5! TIP OF THE DAY: When you cross your legs behind you while performing dips you isolate the chest. Keeping your legs straight isolates the tricep muscles!! Today was chest day which is why I crossed my legs behind me. If you are beginner, I would suggest holding off from this exercise until you are sure you are balanced and strong enough to perform it with good form.
