Getting Started In Your Faith Community Faith-based organizations are well positioned to initiate and coordinate activities that encourage healthy living. Trusted faith leaders can empower people and communities to make better choices to improve the health of our children and families. 5-2-1 Almost None is a simple way to think about the choices we can make to live healthy. 5-2-1 Almost None is also a guide for helping our family, friends and neighbors live healthy. What changes can we make in the places and spaces around us to make healthy choices easier? What changes can we make in our congregations to promote active living and healthy eating and drinking? Join the growing movement of 5-2-1 Almost None Champions, including doctors, teachers, parents, childcare providers and other concerned community members. Together, we can thrive!
