Getting bored in the gym? Make an effort to try something new each time you work out. It seems like it should be an obvious fix, but it can be easy to fall into a familiar and stale routine. Today I tried single-leg deadlifts for the first time. Its crazy how trying something different will activate muscles you may not use during your regular workouts. Not only does this help to eliminate the monotony, but youre challenging your body in new ways. Two birds!!! My form may not be perfect but with practice I will increase the weight and improve my form.
