Getting gramps all dolled up for his 88th birthday today! Spent the morning listening to him tell stories. Crazy to think about how much times have changed since 1926. He says the only thing good about the good old days is that theyre gone and over. Told us about working up in the artic circle for $1 a day and almost freezing to death before a helicopter saved him. Glad we got to come and visit this witty old goofball. Asked him if hed want to live another 88 years and he said well of course and then some!
