Getting my workout in today - no excuses. 172 and still going down slowly and steadily as it should be. Hope to see the 60s before next weekend. Wonder if I will be a 4 again when I hit 140? Bodies change so much :) at 150 corset training begins anew :) at 140 the body gets some upgrades ( my pelvic bone tattoo and a top floor remodel) Starting yoga again Monday :) working on flexibility for my aerial work- yoga is the best!
