I just want to point out how a lot of the faulty merchandise you buy is not on the producer, it is usually due to poor handling in a ware house, or on the truck to the store, or in the store itself... Just saying, time to grow up! Stuff like this is literally such an infinitely small fraction of a percent compared to how much of the product is manufactured and sold every day that its almost irrelevant so just stop please...
