#GettingRipped Cut to 10% bf, bulk slowly? - I stumbled on this article from T-Nation which seems to present a very sensible plan for most people: t-nation/free_online_article/sports_body_training_performance/the_truth_about_bulking I would interpret this as cutting to 10% bf with a 500 kcal deficit and then bulking with around 350 kcal surplus.
