Giblets gravy 1 can evpator milk 2 to 3 cups chicken broth 6 tbsp. Flour 1/2 cup butter Cooked and brisk chicken or turkey with giblets Cut giblets 3 tbsp. Oil or shortening 4 chopped hard cooked eggs Water add if necessary.. not too thick Salt/pepper Oil or shortening in large frying pan... adding flour.. stir well.. make sure no lumps.. adding milk slowly...stir well till thick.. adding 1 cup chicken broth one a time.. stir well.. adding chicken or turkey, eggs and giblets...stir well... if thick . Adding water or chicken broth little .. adding butter and salt/pepper... Enjoy it!!
