Gifts by Kaze Gadway I passed three homeless people on the street. The woman was bent over in her wheelchair. I stopped and asked if she needed a coat. She was so happy. I had a new brown coat-jacket that she put on immediately. She started stroking the coat and making cooing sounds. The man who was helping her asked if I had anything for him. We found a good used coat that fit him and he started hopping around. The third man had a coat and asked for a sweater. I found three pairs of socks which they were as happy to get as the others. We sat and talked and I explained that people sent gift cards so I could buy things for street people. They said they would pray for those people. So I pass it on. You are being prayed for by people who have nothing and are grateful that they can be somewhat warm. I wish that all of you could stop and talk to these awesome people who are trying to survive with little. The homeless community is so diverse with some who are confused or lost, some who are addicted and some who are just trying to survive. Blessed be our God who leads us in such diverse ways.
