Gigi Bowman, Michael Shanklin, Margaret Cecile, Marcel Edward Fontaine, Derrick J Freeman, Jordan Page, and 491 other Facebook friends of mine are friends with Seamus OConnor. Seamus is going around telling people Im a pedophile. Now, Im not telling any of you who to be friends with, but I generally tend to think this kind of slander is unhelpful. Not only does it unfairly defame my character, but it distracts from the gravity of the accusation when it is levied against an actual pedophile. By using this as a ridiculous insult, he helps actual pedophiles get away with victimizing children, because it is difficult to take seriously when you hear it so frequently used against respectable members of your community.
