JUSTICE FOR ERIC GARNER?- BRING IN AN INDEPENDENT PROSECUTOR-Janet Fashakin, Esq., NY Tamir Rice, 12 yrs old in Cleveland Ohio (killed on Nov. 22, 2014, for pointing a toy gun at a police car), Michael Brown in Ferguson Missouri,(Killed on Aug. 9, 2014 for nothing); Eric Garner in Staten Island, NY (killed for evading cigarette sales tax on July 17th, 2014)- ALL AFRICAN -AMERICAN! ALL KILLED BY COPS!! What is going on America ? Where do we go from here? 23 Jurors made up of 14 WHITES and 9 others told us that we did not see what we saw on that video? Give me a break! Every Criminal Defense Attorney knows that local Prosecutors and Police are buddies. Asking these Prosecutors to indict their brothers is not feasible.
