Gina Jardine (Australian) is Vice President Human Resources Diamonds and Minerals at Rio Tinto. Her participation in the RSM Kilimanjaro Leadership Project includes not only the climb, but also visiting Rotterdam for the classes, training and writing blogs, just like the other participants.This included a motivational essay on why she wanted to join the project, why she wanted to climb and be one of the women aiming for the top.
