Give thanks white people, you should. You took our lands by fraud for the most part and continue to treat us with disdain as lesser people, but enjoy our casinos as if by right and yet it is basically our last option to care for our people. Its a sad blight on the history of America much like slavery. It is yet another sad, sad time to remember that the American Indian saved the white man from a certain death and then in response ripped him off because you could. Too bad the American Indian could not be in a place worthy of the historical significance of the value they gave to this great country, but is relegated to that of lesser citizen. Thank you to the American Indian this Thanksgiving for what they gave to this country. I am proud to be Cherokee.
