Give the poor buggers a break. There are addicts out there that would sooner spend their childrens food money to feeds their addiction as sad as it is to say. This is just going to hurt smokers and bob smokers alike. The crime rate will start to raise further as people will get desperate and want to steal them. The way this government is going we are going to be in compete anarchy. I wouldnt put it past some loose form of mad max. Wake up people. The decisions being made for us are going to cause a worse outcome.
