This is a great film - I watched it with the kids the other night and it was so good for them to see that the way we eat and how we live greatly affects our health and well-being. Its an inspirational story of a young boy who decides that if he doesnt do something about his health, he is going to die young. His aunt and uncle work with him to change his diet and get him exercising, and the difference in 3 months is amazing. Its not easy though, and he goes through some tough times where he finds it all too overwhelming and wants to give up. But hes stronger than he thinks, and his determination and the support of his family gets him through. I love the emphasis on the need for connection in our everyday lives, both with our families and with others. Such a great film, watch it with your family!!
