The worlds leading jewellery companies are laundering blood diamonds that sustain this criminal regime and making huge profits (De Beers US$765 million H1 2014) while consumers are brainwashed with messages telling them diamonds are conflict free and ethically sourced. Putting the focus on the blood diamond industry and alerting the public to the blooddrenched slaughter in Gaza funded by diamonds will change public attitudes a lot quicker than most people realise.
