Giving thanks and praise and continued prayers to our Heavenly Father for my Dad in his containing recovery from his stroke. He is home and receiving therapy & nursing services now, using a walker, talking much better, and is weening down with insulin. Please continue to pray for his ongoing recovery with me. He is my inspiration in my weight loss journey he is doing very good with his. :)) so proud of all your hard work Dad, keep it up. Love you!
