Glad to be back home after spending the week in hospital. Its been lovely to hear from everyone & catch up. Im pretty sore after having a few bits & pieces removed & I walk like the hunchback of notre dame at the moment but Ill come good as those seven layers of stitches mend. Very impressed with my surgeon & everyone at Frances Perry. Terrific people. I felt nurtured every step of the way. Absolutely cant complain about one thing... especially lactulose & morphein. Cant find the words for the relief that both bring! Although Id have to say that the morphein dreams are a bit much to cope with. Weird n wonderful they certainly are... Wake up in a fright & pool of sweat everytime! Had an excellent view from my room. The led display from the Melbourne Star kept me amused for hours during the nights I didnt sleep well. This short vid I took on time lapse. Quite a kaleidoscope of colour hey ð Anyways Im happy to report alls well. Its a relief to be on the other side of the op & nice to be home with the boys resting & recovering. Nurse Tom is doing a fantastic job ð
