To the contrary, dreggish behavior needs to be ridiculed, marginalized, and censured. This is ONE means of discouraging such behavior. Like in the movie, Idiocracy, in the colored culture, dregs tend to breed young, readily, and amongst each other. This continues the cycle of pathology. As for high-functioning black folk, they tend to have fewer children, and have them later---and an increasing number of them are having children with people outside of the race. The bottomline is that you cant help those who dont want to help themselves. Those who enjoy keeping it real (as in real twisted) in the web of black ghetto-jahiliyyah culture will find themselves increasingly irrelevant as global dynamics shift more and more to an information and idea based economy.
