Globcal (founded in 2009) urgently needs your help and support to finalize our formation and restructuring process, so we are introducing the development of a new charitable foundation in Belize that the public can participate in. The purpose of the foundation will be the establishment of a sustainable international cooperative development enterprise in Belize under the Globcal Organization. Anyone internationally, from any country can participate in the foundation. Before we can actually launch our agenda with Globcal International and the Belize International Cooperative Society we need to establish a governance policy, prepare a charter, and adopt new bylaws to manage our internal affairs under accepted policy.
