God day CHAMPIONS! Run, dance, ride a bicycle, or walk... get moving today. When the weather is cold cabin fever tries to kick in. Remember, good habits are formed because of consistency... exercising daily will turn into a LIFESTYLE HABIT! #MOVEDAILYmoveforalifetime! #EATHEALTHY #STAYFIT #LOVEATALLTIMES! Monday, day 16 of the 21 TO LIFE FIT PROGAM: Exercises consisted of a mixture of athletic, aerobics, kick boxing, dance moves, cross training, 3 minutes flight of stairs, upper body resistant exercises and cardio exercises (Nautilus resistant exercise machines), and a half mile walk and run. Prepare meals with more fruits, vegetables, nuts, grains and you can add lean meats at this time, and make sure you grill, bake, boil, or broil your meats. fruits and vegetables will increase your daily fiber intake. The more fruits and vegetables you eat will help your body get rid of toxins and give you the best possible nutrition. Make sure you replenish your body with nutrition within 45 minutes to an hour after your workout. A fast from meats (flesh) could lower your intake of iron. Your body needs Iron to produce red blood cells. A LACK of Iron can cause iron deficiency anemia and you will feel tired, weak, and pale. From my studies I have found these fruits, vegetables, and nuts to be high in Iron... Raisins, Prune Juice, Peaches, Dried Apricots, Spinach, Mustard Greens, Collards Greens, Broccoli, Green Pepper, Baked Potato, Almonds, Cashews, and Sunflower seeds. Meal plans and the 21 to Life program was inspired by the book of Daniel. Daniel1:12b I beseech thee, ten days; and let them give us pulse (vegetables) to eat, and water to drink. Daniel10:3 I ate no pleasant bread, neither came flesh nor wine in my mouth, neither did I anoint myself at all, till three whole weeks (21 days) were fulfilled.
