God did not give you your children to make them into superstar entertainers or athletes, but to teach them to become men and women of God. It is your duty to see to it that they learn the teachings of the Bible and the ways of God. A child needs truly Godly role models - men and women of prayer, fasting, godliness, full of the Holy Ghost, love for the Word of God and in faithful attendance to Church. Children emulate what they see, and learn evil things from godless people. They are often extremely impressed by godless, sensational people; and will typically migrate to the Im-OK-Youre-OK person who imposes the fewest rules or restraints, and has no genuine Biblical belief system. Protect them as best you can from the influence of people who are not genuinely Spirit-filled, holy-living saints of God. And be a true Christian yourself.
