God does noticed us, and he watches over us. But it is usually through another mortal that he meets our needs. Therefore, it is vital that we serve each other. (Spencer W Kimball( Jesus was a man without property, wealth or standing, yet he influenced many. Peter said of him that he went about doing good (Acts 10:38) Jesus healed the sick, the lepers and the lame. He gave sight to the blind, hearing to the deaf, and hope to all those whose lives were bound in sin and despair. Even in his final hours, hanging on the cross, Jesus pleaded Father forgive them for they know not what they do. (Luke 23:34) Jesus Christs example encourages all of us to be more merciful and kind, to lift one another, to reach out with tender hearts to the downtrodden and the forgotten. His life reminds us that we can live kindly and generously. His was an inspiring message of love and compassion. Let it be said of us also, that we went about doing good. There are many opportunities around us to do so, therefore if you want to find true joy and happiness, look for more opportunities to serve others and you will find true joy in this life.
