God gave me a pen...... God gave me pen and paper so Im going to write Im going to rewrite history and make it my own Im rewriting the stories we thought were right Im writing the difference between wrong and right From slavery to shoot outs and everything in between Im writing my life so you can learn Im writing your life so you can be heard God gave wisdom along with that pen So I wrote that passage cause he did you wrong I flipped it around an wrote that song because she left you alone I wrote many great thing in my day and time All because god gave me a pen, that never went dry A pen that wrote many the many tales we read today It even wrote the truth and replaced all those lies This pen wrote for generations before me and generations to come This pen write the hymns we sing on Sundays It write the bible that we read This pen started off so many great dreams It wrote the wedding vows as we said I do Then signed the divorce papers as I tried to forget you It signed the birth certificate and the death certificate This pen was twisted and turned, even burned Eventually it turned the lies into truths That pen did many great things in the end https://facebook/Corneliusofficially
