God has given you the ability to think clearly and creatively and the freedom to be the pilot of your own life. Therefore, you can change your thoughts and habits to ones that more fully express the best about you. You are free to discard any behaviors you no longer find rewarding. You can remove from your mind thoughts of doubt or guilt. You replace these thoughts with a confident realizations that you can discern a better way. You rejoice that you continue to grow and unfold. You dont have to be perfect, but you can make progress each toward doing a little better than you did the day before. You have not failed as long as you keep trying. You gain such satisfaction and self-esteem with each accomplishment that you have the confidence to attempt new adventures.
