God is righteous no matter what! He is the creator of everything! Only He has the power to save sinners and He does! He chose to save the biggest sinner on earth and I am forever in His debt. When I think back to the moment that He gave me a new heart, I know that right before, I was resisting His will, seeking fleshly pleasures, and not desiring Him as my savior! Not even a little bit! I was completely spiritually dead to choose Christ as my one and only savior. The only reason I am saved today is because He gave up His life on the cross for me and His pure blood was shed upon my never-ending sins. He died for me before I was even born. He knew I was going to be in heaven with Him before the foundation of this world! He knew from the very beginning that I will choose hell! Everytime! So He chose me. Not because I loved Him, was a saint, or somehow pleased Him. I was the ultimate sinner and wretch! And after He gave me the gift of salvation, there is NOTHING that will ever separate me from His love! There is no such thing as loosing your salvation or rejecting God after He gave you a new heart and we can stand strong in that. Focus on loving God with all your heart, serving Him and serving others and stop worrying about loosing your salvation! God gave us this gift and He will never take it away from us because gifts are never earned! Rejoice in The Lord for He is so SO awesome! :)
