God is taking (dragging) me through the fire of experience as I contemplate and write this book, Nourished, with my darling daughter. It is refining what I want to learn and share: how to find Joy No Matter What through small nourishing changes within & without. One of the insights that has been most helpful to me, is Peace First, Decisions Next. In other words, adjust my mindset/spirit/soul first, until I get to calm/joy, then tweak or do any changes or actions or decisions that have to be done next. It is the unseen shifts in perspective where miracles occur, places that only you and God see that matter most, the inner well from which flows the stream of peaceful lives. I can articulate it now. Can I live it? Thats the question :)
