God told me that my joy was not at full capacity because I had not forgiven myself for past wrongs and hurts I have commited to others. ..I was shocked because I have developed and improving on self love or so I thought and seem to be able to forgive others but not me? So and I learned that I was punishing myself by overeating. I have struggled with my weight loss goals because of this little creepy crawler of self guilt and condemnation...this is a real thing and if you tend to self sabotage...i encourage you to investigate what may be at the root of that.This morning I was finally able to not only speak self forgiveness spiritually but could say it OUT LOUD and it feels so good and I really mean it...so if this you please find a way...to forgive your own self even if you already mended those hurts dont forget the final step...self forgiveness...if God can forgive you (and he is a forgiving God) and if he can tell you to forgive others then please make the steps towards forgiving yourself whatever it is....say it OUT LOUD! And be free...and dont forget self love...Thank you Lord ..your grace and Love are sufficient (2 Corinthians 12:9)
