Gods laws are fixed but he also provides the Holy Spirit which guides human behavior. I believe that through the Holy Spirit humans, when obedient, follow Gods intentions thus forming or shaping these laws by their behavior. Such examples include Moses parting the Red Sea. Humans notice the laws and use them for humanly purposes in the case of mathematics. Thus you see Gods laws in concrete mathematical formulas but you see those laws manifest into new forms when humans are being obedient. These are demonstrated in mathematical formulas such as Chaos Theory and the Quantum Equation. It gives me great hope to know that by praying I can come to know Gods nature and his desires for me and that my behavior can transform existence. As he states in D & C 130: 21 And when we obtain any blessing from God, it is by obedience to that law upon which it is predicated. This scripture explains the law or the formulas humans call mathematics. D & C 131: 7 There is no such thing as immaterial matter. All spirit is matter, but it is more fine or pure, and can only be discerned by purer eyes; 8 We cannot see it; but when our bodies are purified we shall see that it is all matter. This explains how matter is like clay and when we seek Gods desires through the Holy Spirit he will manifest them to us and sometimes allow us to affect Gods laws or change matter.
