Going for a drive today with my roommate back to California, my home state. He bought a sweet little fixer upper home with 2-1/2 acres of land, kinda out in the boonies, compared to the other places I have lived in my life. Fortunately for him, he was able to pay cash for it, which was due to years of hard labor on his part, as well as his current employer takes pretty good care of their employees. So, he wont ever have to face any problems with the Bank, like so many good folks run into these days...and we have worked out some agreements together where we will both live there and fix up the place and call it Home Sweet Home...Yet both of us are Free to break our agreement at any time. I feel very fortunate to be a part of this...for I am looking at a lot of potential here to create some of my own dreams into reality...
