Going over my numbers tonight at fit camp made me so happy I remember when my metabolic age was 50 and now im 34...my water % is up and body fat % down....last year my body physical shape was a 2 now im a 5....best of all my visceral fat is down to a 3 in 1 year I went from 212 to 163....I know we all have that shed some pounds resolution, so if you want me to help you and your ready just message me and ill get you going on the track to the best challenge yet! I am no longer having daily headaches, fatigue, and dizzy spells...which was the best gift of all on my journey! :)
