Going to be a massive weekend, so wed better brace ourselves for what we are about to put ourselves through. The agony of a televised West Ham game. The joy and excitement of the 6 Nations tournament starting. The musical treat to sooth our fevered brows after a day shouting at the games on TV - Night Nerds, featuring some of our favourite local musician chums. A quick nap between 4am and 8 then back at it getting your lunch ready for you, afternoon of Rugby, football and beer will ear us nicely to the start of our new Jam Night with Paul & Sam.
