Gold 104 is advertising radiation reducing things for your phone, strewth. I was going to have a real crack at this, but I know some of my readers arent very technical, so I will explain, nicely. :) Have you ever had a TV with rabbit ears? Sometimes a station, and Im thinking back to 70s, when Dad tried in vain to watch Hawaii Five-O on Channel 0, from our Holiday House in St Leonards... will be all snowy and so you try to fix it by twiddling the antennas. Many of you would have noticed that the picture is sometimes better when you are holding the antennas, and goes snowy again when you release them, this is because your body has become an antenna, and by holding the tv antennas, you have created a much bigger antenna. Well, it happens in reverse too, hold a transmitter, and you can send a signal further, because again, your body makes up some of the structure. A mobile phone has three antennas in it, One each for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 3G/4G And there was a time when you could avoid touching the main antenna, because they used to stick up from the top, but these days, you are completely in contact with it, this makes you a portable mobile phone antenna. There is nothing you can do to stop mobile phone radiation, except for sticking it in a faraday cage, which would be pointless, because you do want it to work. Sticking a sticker on one side of it, is about as useful as putting a bandaid on the side of a light globe, there will still be light. These phone patches are a modern form of quackery, dont be sucked in by it.
