Golden rabbit (A Princess Bed) The cobble stone road shook lose as Katrins eyes began to widen. There was a warm breeze blowing with acute precision passing projecting a Northwest movement of forming clouds above. It was not so strong as to fear a storm. But, Ludwig could see there was an appeal to the ideal that one may have chanced the situational nuances in their environment for a moment. Katrin had an overwhelming sense of presence when appealing to those behind a mask, to those in political affairs, and was articulate enough to recall a moment from the masquerade ball. Katrin : Ludwig, you continue in the fashion of your legacy. Ludwig : The clothing is very desirable for the care that is taken while stitching each thread. Katrin : Ah! Ludwig : Would you want to live forever if it was possible Katrin? Katrin : Why yes! Ludwig : No matter what. Right Katrin. Katrin : Thats right. If it was possible I suppose I would have all of eternity to tell you yes. Ludwig : Really? Katrin : Literally… Yes! My house! Katrin pauses and looks over with a tethering grin. Ha. I said yes because I Im exhausted from fetching Clementine, and I can see their is an apple pie in the window. Ludwig : Ha! I dont know when to take your cat seriously. One moment the kitten is sounding the call to retrieve… The next laying in my arms as if a lion basking in the rains of a monsoon head held high and now yawning. Katrin : Clementine is a lioness. Here now let me fetch her and put her to bed. You will stay for pie wont you Ludwig? Ludwig : Would it be proper to stay? I have my expected rations for the evening to be prepared. Katrin : Ludwig, let the hands of our family cook for you tonight. Ludwig : That would be wonderful Katriin. Katrin : After all youve done already. There is more to you than the fashion of your mask. Ludwig scurries quickly and reaches to secure his lapel tightly as Katrin turns the handle of the door. The door is made of a fashionable wood crafted from the hands of skilled craftsmen. Its unique markings are similar to that of a birds eye. A stain of glass representing a noble coat of arms delicately treated and detailed to the finest appeal. Katrins hand grabbed at Ludwig blindly to pull him inside in enthrallment over her clementines resting on the kitchen table. Katrin : Clementines! Ludwig : I enjoy the cat and the fruit. Katrin takes a clementine and puts it in Ludwigs pocket. Katrin : Store that for safe keeping and fetch Clementine. Ludwig : We have already rescued Clementine. Ludwig smiles and holds his lapel with both hands. This time it should be easier than fetching Clementine from the tree. Katrin : Follow me Id like to show you something. Ludwig : Where are we going with Clementine? Another door less intimidating than that of the previous door. Ludwig stands and the entry of Katrins bedroom. Katrin : Bring her here Ludwig. Ludwig walks into the room and peers around the silk drapery over her princess bed. Katrin : I want to show you how I have made her a smaller scale of my bed. Ludwig : Im absorbed in the fabric and lace. Katrin : I have been working with lace for as long as I can remember. I would like a silk fabric to lay on at night. Ludwig do you have a silk fabric to prepare a set of sheets for my bedroom? Ludwig : Silk is a specialty that can present your desire symbolically through patterns that conform to your taste.
