Good Afternoon All, This is just a reminder about swim team practice tomorrow Wednesday September 18th. Tomorrow we will be having dryland practice from 6-7:30pm at Winona Senior High School. We will be inside for our dry land practice. Dry land practices usually include running, other exercises and frisbee. Typically every Wednesday night will be dryland practice unless there is a High School Home swim meet. If there is a high school home swim meet, dry land practice will be on the night of the meet. We will be sending out emails and updates to let everyone know those dates and when practice will be. Practice tonight will be normal practice in the pool from 6-8pm. We look forward to seeing everyone at the pool. All of our swim academy participants (swim lesson program) we will still be having lessons tomorrow night at the scheduled time.
