Good Evening Facebook World!! Requesting prayer. I am getting ready to go through a life-changing surgery on October 22nd. I am having the gastric by-pass. Most all of you know that I have fought this disease of obesity for most of my life. I have tried many, many, many diets and exercises, but none have been successful. This is my last hope of saving my life. My last hope of probably living past 40. I am not doing this for anyone but myself. I am ready to take on this challenge. This will be a total life changing event. Prayers requested that I make it through this surgery safely and that the lord guides the doctors hands accordingly. I am nervous, excited, anxious, happy, thankful, etc...that I am going to be able to embark on this journey to my new found health. My primary care physician calls this my new birthday. Prayers and good vibes will be much appreciated!!!! I will be starting my 10 day liquid diet tomorrow in preps for the surgery. This will be an adventure, as I am one who LOVES food!!! LOL!!!! Thanks in advance!!!! LOVES!!!!!!
