Good Friday Morning all, Today in Canada we celebrate Boxing Day. Traditionally the day after Christmas was the day employers and bosses would give their workers and tradespeople a Christmas Box. But over the years this has become like the Americans Black Friday. Many line up very early in front of their favourite store to get the best deal. Shop owners slash their prices to try and get rid of inventory by the end of the year. It is a statutory holiday in Canada so technically illegal for shops to open but they do anyway. However like Black Friday it is generally pandemonium and better to avoid. Most big box stores will run their sales until December 31st anyway. There will just be more incentives/discounts to buy today! So whatever you are doing today, I hope you are enjoying with family and friends!!
