Good Friday morning, Hopkins County area.......Happy Halloween!......a pleasant 53 degrees and clear skies at my house, this morning, as I enjoy my morning coffee, look for another beautiful autumn day, with sunshine and a high of only 65 degrees, as a cool front moves through the area, and watch those tender plants and get them covered for tonight, as the possibility of a frost is quite possible, with clear skies and a low of 37 degrees.....folks, its time for the first frost, as little as you think about it....tomorrow is the first of November!.....An interesting and busy day, yesterday, as I enjoyed my writing class in Commerce and then returned to Sulphur Springs, had some repairs done on my jeep and got it inspected, stayed in town for the SSHS Drama Departments production of 10 Ways to Survive The Zombie Apocalypse, took photos of a wreck at the intersection of Broadway and the South Loop, and ate supper with my Mom.....Today calls for some Halloween Photos, a Pep Rally, a football presentation, and will end with Football games tonight!....Will begin another busy, busy weekend!......Im nearing the end of the John Grisham book....its been a good one!.....But, I just cant find the time to finish those last few pages and learn what happens in the end!......This morning I was drawn to the 15th Chapter of the Gospel of John, verse 11.....These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full!......God want us to be a happy and joyful people.....He wants us to enjoy the richness of being His children and the blessings that He provides.....When you think about it, joy cannot be pursued, it must come from within.....joy doesnt depend on circumstances but triumphs over circumstances, puts a smile on your face, contentment in your heart and brings an infectious emotion to all of you, that you must share with others....On this beautiful autumn day, created by the Lord, for us all to enjoy, capture the joy of being a Child of God and spread that joy to others, as youre blessed beyond measure!
