This weekend our Makuakine (Gracious Ladies), Wahine, Kaikamahine and Oli (Chant) Soloist will compete in the 20th Annual E Hula Mau (EHM) Hula and Chant Competition at the Terrace Theater in Long Beach, California. Your 2014 EHM Competitors are as follows: Makuahine: Corinne Severin (Soloist), Diana Trelles, Diane Townsend, Fenty Kaliman, Jeannie SooHoo, Joann Ang and Kamilah Jackson. Wahine: Alexis Tinei-Acol, Alyssa Apellanes, Isabella Bernal (Soloist), Kami Kodama (Oli chanting Soloist), Karly Kiyabu, Kimberlie SooHoo and Olivia Townsend. Kaikamahine: Alexia, Amaia, Isabel, Kayla, Keara, Makena (Soloist), Maya and Zoe. We are proud and honored to have them represent our Halau.
