Temperatures rise into the lower minus teens or upper minus single digits by Tuesday morning. Winds pick up as well, and will help blow and drift the snow around. TUESDAY: Snow continues, heavy at times, for virtually all of the Big Land. Heavy snow and high winds along the coast will generate blizzard conditions at times during the afternoon and into Tuesday night. Snow will not end until Tuesday night, and on the coast it will not end up Wednesday morning. Temperatures near 0 to -5° from the coast to Happy Valley-Goose Bay and closer to -10° North and West. Snowfall amounts for a large area will be in the 30-60 cm range by the time were all said and done Wednesday morning.
